Mi PDF Tools Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

You must accept these Terms of Use before using Mi PDF Tools. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. Authorized use

You may use the app only for lawful purposes and only with documents, images, signatures, and data you are authorized to access, modify, convert, sign, store, print, or distribute. You must not use the app in a way that infringes privacy, confidentiality, copyright, trade secret, contract, court order, employment duty, identity, consent, or other legal rights.

3. Files, settings, and share responsibility

You are responsible for selecting the correct files, settings, page ranges, output folders, and share or export destinations. You are also responsible for checking the resulting output, any local signed-page history entry, or any app-generated share card before relying on it or distributing it. If you use the sign-PDF feature, you are responsible for ensuring that you intend to sign or approve the document and that the signature method is suitable for the document, the recipient, and the applicable jurisdiction. You must not draw, type, import, place, or share a signature or text appearance in a way that misrepresents consent, approval, authorship, identity, authority, or the state of a document. The local signed-page history feature is a convenience reference for your device history only and is not proof of identity, document authenticity, legal validity, or whether another document copy was altered.

4. Ads and third-party services

This build is ad-supported and may rely on Google-served advertising, consent tooling, and Google Play Billing for an optional one-time remove-ads purchase. Interactions with ads, billing flows, storage providers, viewers, printers, share targets, social platforms, and other third-party apps or services are governed by their own terms, notices, and technical behavior.

5. License and restrictions

Subject to these terms, you may use the app in object-code form on devices you own or are authorized to use. Except where applicable law permits otherwise or the publisher gives written permission, you may not copy the app for redistribution, rebrand it, resell it, sublicense it, publish it as your own product, or interfere with its monetization, billing, consent, or security features.

6. Remove-ads purchase

If offered in your region or account, a Google Play one-time remove-ads product may be available inside the app. That purchase is a non-consumable digital entitlement handled through Google Play for this app on the entitled Google Play account. Ads are removed only after Google Play reports the purchase as completed. Pending, canceled, refunded, reversed, chargebacked, or otherwise revoked transactions do not create or maintain the entitlement. The app may check Google Play purchase state to restore or remove the entitlement. Purchase, refund, payment, and account handling are subject to Google Play's own terms, policies, and account systems.

7. No professional advice

Mi PDF Tools is a software utility and does not provide legal, financial, tax, records-management, accessibility, or regulatory advice. A generated or converted file may still be unsuitable for court filing, government submission, regulated retention, signature preservation, accessibility compliance, or other specialized use. PDF-to-Word conversion is intended for selectable text and does not provide OCR. A visible signature appearance, typed text appearance, or signed-page history entry added with the app is not, by itself, legal advice, identity verification, witness attestation, notarization, tamper detection, certificate-based digital signing, or a guarantee that the receiving party will treat the document as binding.

8. Availability and updates

The app, its features, ad configuration, billing behavior, supported workflows, and distribution status may change, be limited, or be discontinued in future releases. No obligation is created to maintain any specific workflow, output format, or release schedule.

9. Intellectual property

The app, including its original code, brand name, icon, artwork, interface design, and written content, remains protected intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

10. No warranty

Mi PDF Tools is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or exact layout preservation, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mi PDF Tools and its publisher will not be liable for data loss, failed conversions, corrupted files, formatting changes, loss of profits, loss of business, reputational harm, or indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or related to use of the app.

12. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer-protection law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
